This is ideal for a 47 year BigLaw associate with structured finance securitization or asset-backed lending experience who wants:

Direct deal ownership (not just drafting support)
Exposure to investors and executive leadership

What Youll Work On:

Forward flow & loan purchase/sale agreements
Warehouse and structured financing facilities
Investor diligence & reps/warranties
Equity fundraising support
Capital markets strategy build-out
