As Senior Service Desk Analyst you will
- Provide firstline support for hardware telephony and key business applications
- Build repair and prepare hardware devices to support daytoday operations
- Use investigative questioning to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Support rootcause analysis and help identify and reduce recurring problems in line with ITIL processes
- Maintain accurate incident logging and carry out Active Directory administration
What youll bring
- Experience in IT Service Desk support with strong customer service skills across both phone and facetoface interactions
- Confident technical knowledge including Windows 11 and the Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication organisation and attention to detail
- A selfmotivated positive approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience with service logging tools ITIL principles or Microsoft qualifications (desired but not essential)
