Job Summary

As Senior Service Desk Analyst you will

Provide firstline support for hardware telephony and key business applications
Build repair and prepare hardware devices to support daytoday operations
Use investigative questioning to troubleshoot issues effectively
Support rootcause analysis and help identify and reduce recurring problems in line with ITIL processes
Maintain accurate incident logging and carry out Active Directory administration

What youll bring

Experience in IT Service Desk support with strong customer service skills across both phone and facetoface interactions
Confident technical knowledge including Windows 11 and the Microsoft Office suite
Strong communication organisation and attention to detail
A selfmotivated positive approach with the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Experience with service logging tools ITIL principles or Microsoft qualifications (desired but not essential)
