The Head of Advisor Sales is a senior leadership role responsible for driving growth across a national network of financial advisors. This leader owns advisor sales execution recruiting and coaching with accountability for building a disciplined high performing advisor sales organization. As a member of the Wealth Advisory Leadership Team this role partners closely with Practice Management Advisor Enablement Advanced Planning Platform & Innovation and Growth to drive adoption change and a differentiated advisor and client experience.

This role is ideal for a proven wealth management leader who thrives at the intersection of sales leadership advisor development and growth execution and who enjoys coaching advisors to achieve consistent measurable Head of Advisor Sales will have a direct impact on advisor growth sales execution and ensure that advisors arecoached supported and areutilizingall firmwide resources that are available to them to help themachieve these goals.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead Advisor Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Own and execute the firmwideadvisorsales and growth strategy.
  • Establish consistent sales frameworks pipeline management standards and performance expectations.
  • Define and track KPIs tied to advisor productivity pipeline health and organic growth.
  • Lead a disciplined sales operating cadence including pipeline reviews and forecasting.

Recruit Develop and Retain Advisors

  • Lead experienced advisor recruiting efforts and build a strong external talent pipeline.
  • Support advisor onboarding and transitions to drive faster time to productivity.
  • Partner internally to support long term advisor engagement and retention.

Coach and Develop Advisors

  • Serve as a coach first leader focused on improving advisor performance.
  • Coach advisors and sales leaders on prospecting client engagement sales conversations and execution.
  • Establish scalable coaching rhythms that elevate performance across the advisor network.
  • Foster a culture of accountability learning and continuous improvement.

DriveGrowth Through Advanced Planning

  • Partner with advanced planning specialists to position sophisticated planning as a growth differentiator.
  • Enable advisors to identify and convert complex planning opportunities.
  • Increase utilization of tax estate insurance and business planning capabilities to deepen client relationships.

Partner Across the Firm

  • Collaborate with practice management enablement technology and marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the field to ensure tools programs and processes improve advisor effectiveness.
  • Lead adoption and change management for new sales and growth initiatives

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegreerequiredfrom an accredited university preferably in Wealth Management Personal Wealth Planning Finance Business Administration or a related field
  • 15 years of leadership experience in wealth management or financial services.
  • Proven success leading advisor sales distribution practice growth or recruiting organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving organic growth across multilocation advisor teams.
  • Strong sales coaching orientation with experience driving advisor behavior change.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across a complex regulated organization.
  • Series 65 license or equivalent required or willingness to complete the license within 90 days of start if current certificationsdo not cover the requirement

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in an RIA independentbrokerdealer or advisor platform environment.
  • Strong understanding of advanced planning and complex client strategies.
  • Professional credentials such as CFP CFA CPA CPWA or CIMA
