Data Analyst Recruitment & Sales Analytics (Remote)

Experience Required: 3 years as a Data Analyst including 12 years in recruitment sales or staffing analytics
We are searching for a Data Analyst who has direct experience doing this work inside the recruitment industry. This role is designed for someone who understands how Ifrecruiting pipelines sales funnels and placements actually operate not just in theory but in day-to-day execution.
Youll be responsible for analyzing recruitment and sales data identifying patterns across placements and verticals and translating insights into strategies that improve lead conversion recruiter efficiency and revenue performance. Because of this prior experience working in a recruitment environment is essential. You should already be familiar with ATS and CRM systems recruitment KPIs and the realities of remote hiring across multiple business verticals.
This is a hands-on high-impact role that works closely with sales and recruiting teams to optimize performance using data not assumptions.
Recruitment & Sales Analytics
Analyze recruitment and placement data from ATS and CRM platforms (e.g. Bullhorn Salesforce Recruiterflow)
Track and optimize KPIs including time-to-fill placement success rates sourcing ROI funnel conversion and vertical performance
Identify trends across roles industries and talent markets to inform recruiting and sales strategy
Lead Research & Prospecting
Research and identify potential clients and high-value candidates using tools such as ChatGPT LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo and
Leverage social platforms (LinkedIn X/Twitter Facebook Groups) for market intelligence and prospect discovery
Apply automation and scraping tools (e.g. PhantomBuster Dux-Soup) to scale lead research responsibly
Sales Enablement & Campaign Testing
Apply recruitment sales experience to qualify leads and refine outreach strategies
Analyze performance of email campaigns cold outreach and multi-channel sequences (e.g. HubSpot workflows)
Support A/B testing of messaging targeting and cadence strategies
Dashboards & Reporting
Build and maintain dashboards using Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio
Visualize pipeline performance conversion rates recruiter productivity and predictive hiring trends
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and client-facing teams
Cross-Team Collaboration
Partner with sales and recruiting teams to forecast demand by vertical
Recommend optimizations to sourcing outreach and placement strategies based on data insights
Support leadership with reporting for revenue forecasting and growth planning
3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with 12 years in recruitment sales or staffing
Proven experience working with ATS and CRM systems in a recruiting or sales environment
Hands-on experience researching leads using AI tools sales platforms and automation tools
Strong technical skills in advanced Excel/Google Sheets
Proficiency with data visualization platforms (Tableau Power BI or Google Data Studio)
Strong understanding of recruitment KPIs remote hiring trends and multi-vertical staffing models
Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
Prior experience working inside a recruitment environment (analyst recruiter sales or account management)
Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as JobDiva Avature iCIMS
Experience with predictive lead scoring sales forecasting or pipeline modeling in staffing
Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth through data-driven optimization
