About the Opportunity
As a Technical Implementation Specialist you will support the delivery of customer onboarding and change initiatives by executing platform configuration testing and technical setup across FCM solutions.
Working closely with Technical Implementation Managers and Client Implementation Managers you will ensure agreed solution designs are accurately configured validated through structured testing and fully ready for operational use.
Youll play a key role in maintaining configuration quality documentation standards and implementation consistency across markets helping ensure every go-live is smooth stable and scalable.
What You Will Do
- Configure FCM platforms online booking tools workflows profiles policies and integrations in line with solution design and project requirements
- Execute structured testing activities including functional testing UAT support defect tracking and validation of configuration dependencies
- Support onboarding and customer enhancement projects by preparing technical setup documentation and readiness checks
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with Support Product or external vendors where required
- Maintain clear configuration documentation testing records and reusable templates to support consistent delivery standards
- Assist with post-go-live stabilisation activities and ensure structured configuration handover to Support teams
- Identify opportunities for automation standardisation and efficiency improvements within implementation processes
Who Were Looking For
- 13 years experience in implementation support technical configuration application support or travel technology roles
- Hands-on experience configuring online booking tools client portals workflows or similar platforms
- Understanding of implementation lifecycle stages (configuration testing go-live)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail
- Experience working with ticketing project management or documentation tools
- Exposure to platforms such as SAP Concur Amadeus Cytric Deem or other proprietary travel platforms is advantageous
- Familiarity with integrations data flows or supporting regional/multi-market rollouts is a plus
- Interest in automation process improvement and driving delivery efficiency
- Structured organised and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong ownership mindset with clear communication skills and a collaborative approach
