Were looking for a motivated and forwardthinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape the future of our growing team in Malaysia. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving our hiring success especially across fastmoving and innovative technical this position you will influence how we attract talent build strong partnerships with hiring managers and contribute to initiatives that elevate our employer brand. Responsibilities
- Partnering with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment and sourcing strategies.
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of accurate and uptodate job descriptions.
- Managing the endtoend recruitment process using the ATS.
- Sourcing screening and interviewing candidates through channels such as LinkedIn job boards social platforms and referrals.
- Writing job adverts that reflect the role requirements and align with brand guidelines.
- Ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
- Verifying candidates meet local asylum and immigration requirements and maintaining compliant documentation.
- Using recruitment data and insights to optimise processes and recommend improvements.
Skills and Experience
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing techniques and assessment methods.
- Experience conducting screening calls and working closely with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Strong knowledge of the local talent market and current hiring trends.
- Understanding of employer branding and how to use it to attract candidates.
- Comfortable creating and sharing social media content to promote roles and highlight local activity.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholdermanagement skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with ATS platforms and an understanding of relevant employment regulations and jobboard practices.
