ABOUT THE TEAM
The Portfolio Management team supports the Real Estate group in ensuringtimelyaccess toaccurateand relevant data to support investment decisions and providegovernance of business and operational processes.This includes reporting production and oversight of the inventory of systemsdocumentsand databases.
As anIntern Portfolio Managementyoull:
Enterupdateand reconcile data in different systems and databases
Prepare and clean data for system implementations
Participate in the test execution for new system implementations
Apply data governance processes and controls
Assistin the productionof various reportsand dashboards
Support team with various operational activities
Support the Portfolio Management team for various requests
WHAT YOULL NEED
Currently enrolled in aUniversitydegree inFinanceBusiness andITor a related discipline
High levelofproficiencyin Excel
Intermediate knowledge of SQL an asset
Someone who enjoys learning new things and a true curiosity for the world around them
A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
Proven ability to work in a team setting and to easily adapt to change
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)(regular interactions in English with investment partners based outside of Quebec Example: peers bankers brokerage firms etc. and PSP employees in our offices in Hong Kong London and New York and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa)
Must return to studies after the internship or the internship must be part of your curriculum
