Position Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support its legal team in delivering exceptional service to clients. The ideal candidate will have strong research drafting and case management skills along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism discretion and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities of the Paralegal
Draft review and revise legal documents including pleadings contracts agreements correspondence and discovery materials
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
Manage case files from intake through resolution
Coordinate and track deadlines; maintain litigation and transaction calendars
Assist with trial preparation including organizing exhibits preparing binders and coordinating witnesses
File documents with courts and administrative agencies (e-filing and physical filing as required)
Communicate with clients opposing counsel court personnel and vendors
Maintain accurate and organized document management systems
Support due diligence processes and corporate filings as applicable
Assist with billing documentation and time tracking

Qualifications of the Paralegal
2 years of paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of legal terminology court rules and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
