Posting Description:
As a seasoned Investment Banking professional youll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients and working across different products. Youll work on deals and transaction across the spectrum of our banking products including mergers & acquisitionsequity and debt capital marketsdivestitures restructuringsand cross boarder transactions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals
- Reviewing and coordinating the analytic work of junior bankers to move marketing/execution process forward
- Experience in training junior bankers
- Refining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
- Overseeing the creation offinancial projection models
- Identifying and managing all risks in a given deal
- Liaising with other internal and external parties on transactions (eg. lawyers accountants counterparties)
- Leading client negotiations Q&A process and management interviews
- Familiarity with managing cross-border transactions and stakeholders
- Originate deals through healthcare industry network and client coverage.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant investment banking experience with at least 5 years in healthcare sector.
- Deep domain knowledge in the healthcare industry as well as extensive deal execution experience.
- Highly driven detail-oriented diligent with strong analytical communication and writing skills
- Well versed in ECM/ M&A and track record of leading the execution of transactions
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
- Self-directed highly motivated and able to work independently and in team
Preferred qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Good mandarin proficiencyto communicate with Mandarin speaking clients based across APAC region.
- Healthcare and medical science background would be a plus.
