JUNIOR APPLICATION ANALYST

YOUR ROLE
We are looking for Junior Application Analyststo join our team inLisbon (hybrid work).
Your main responsabilities will be:
- Receive and resolve tickets communicate status and workarounds to users contribute to knowledge articles and postincident reviews;
- Perform monitoring and observability using Dynatrace New Relic or Prometheus;
- Develop automation scripts and tools (Ansible Python) support IaC and environment provisioning using Terraform and GitOps practices;
- Support Kubernetes workloads (deployments scaling troubleshooting) and assist in preproduction preparation smoketesting and release coordination.
YOUR PROFILE
- Academic background in Computer Engineering or a related field;
- Knowledge of programming and DevOps tools (Python Kubernetes Ansible);
- English and portuguese fluent;
- Strong communication skills resilience teamwork and and clientfocus.
