The Role

As a Senior Associate in Payroll within our Outsourcing team youll play a pivotal role in supporting our dynamic payroll this fast-paced position youll manage a diverse portfolio of clients handling high-volume payroll processes on varying cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the busy payroll department.

High volume payroll process on varying cycles for your own portfolio of clients in a fast-paced role

Provide comprehensive advice to clients in relation to payroll queries.

Working to deadlines

Manual calculations

Ensuring all necessary payments are made within the deadlines set for example Pension Contributions and employee payments.

Pensions & HMRC Submissions

Shares knowledge and experience with junior team members providing training and support when required.

Qualifications Knowledge & Experience:

Full end-to-end payroll experience including manual calculations and standard deductions.

Proficiency in UK Payroll Legislation and Auto-Enrolment for pensions.

Strong interpersonal skills for client and internal stakeholder communication.

Experience maintaining client relationships and liaising with HMRC and third-party providers.

Competence in Excel.

Minimum 3-4 years of payroll bureau experience.

Our standard working week is a 37.5-hour week on a hybrid basis
Core working hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
