About the team:
The primaryobjectiveof this role is toidentify drive andsupport the MarketsProductbusinessacrossinitiativesand market structure changes. The role will have exposure tobothlisted and OTC derivatives markets across Equities RatesCommoditiesand Investment Products. The rolewill becloselyinvolvedin implementingdevelopingandongoingmonitoringcommercial market making schemes for clients.

Support the Distribution team withanalytics and materials forclient meetings.
Preparepresentationsforsenior management regulatorsindustryconferencesandbodies.
Supportmarketmaker/incentiveschemesandprocesses-liaising withAssetClassLeadsLegalRisk andOperations.
Support and participate inmaintainingexcellent relationships with regulators brokers clearersendclientsandmarketmakersthrough regular engagement.
What you will bring:
Must have
Exposure to domesticand/or international markets acrosslisted and/orOTCproducts.
Tertiary qualifications.
Sourcing and providing data driven analyticstosupport recommendationsand decision-making.
User ofcollaboration and workflow management tools likeJIRA ConfluenceandMS Office applicationsincluding CoPilot
Demonstrated markets experience in tradingsalesoperationsclearingorrisk managementfunctions.
Successfully presented to small and large groups of internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledge oftradingclearingmarginingand riskmanagementpractices.
An unrelenting desire to work with customers understand what their challenges and drivers and deliver meaningful enhancements.
A passion for customer service and identifying key market initiatives with the resilience to manage both highs and lows.
