This dual-role position combines Studiolead withproductionmanagement for selected projects. The Studio Lead is responsible for the effective day-to-day running of the designStudio including resource planning workflow optimisation and team lead across Production Managers and parallel the role oversees the end-to-end production of deliverables for assigned projects ensuring high quality efficiency and cost control from briefingto final delivery.
Keyresponsibilities:
Studio Lead
Own and optimise the day-to-day operations of theStudio ensuring effective resource utilisation workload balance and delivery.
Lead mentor and manage a team of Production Managers and Designersfostering collaborationand continuous improvement.
Oversee daily studio operations ensuringoptimalallocation and scheduling of designand production managementresources.
Review andvalidateinternal effort estimates to ensure feasibilityandaccuracy.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams on production matters.
Continuously improve studio processes tools and collaboration methods to increase efficiency and quality.
Identify resource needs and contribute to recruitment onboarding and team scaling when required.
Productionmanagement
Lead full production lifecycle forsomeprojectsfrom intake to final delivery.
Partner with Creative teams and Project Managers to align expectations feasibility and timelines.
Translate briefs into clear actionable technical specifications.
Build and manage production schedules and capacity plans;identifyrisks early and propose mitigation strategies.
Balance project scope timelines and budgets to ensuredelivery.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines visual standards and technical specifications.
Ensureaccuratelinguistic versioning whereacross multimarket adaptations.
Source brief and manage external suppliers forproduction services.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Print/Production Management Communications or related fieldor equivalent professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of production management experience in an agency or inhouse studio with solid exposure to print production.
Proventrack recorddelivering multiformat campaigns.
Strong experience sourcing managing and evaluating external suppliers.
Excellent understanding of production timelines budgeting quality assurance and design workflow coordination.
