Job Summary

TheChange Manager Datais responsible for shaping guiding and anchoring organizational change within theData Product Line. Working in close collaboration with the Lead Change Manager and the Director of People Communication and Organization you will ensure a coherent strategic course a broadly supported approach to change and a sustainable growth path for our this role you act as the vital link between strategic objectives and operational execution. You will support the data domain in embracing new ways of working processes technologies and roles. We are looking for a professional with extensive change management experience in data-heavy environments who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on team guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment:Analyze and evaluate the current strategy of the Data Product Line. Refine and implement a change strategy that aligns with the broader organization.

  • Organizational Maturity:Assess the maturity of the data organization and identify gaps in structure roles processes and competencies.

  • Talent Development:Develop and strengthen the competency matrix for data profiles and guide employees through their professional growth paths.

  • Transformation Facilitation:Lead change trajectories for major data initiatives including data platform transitions data quality programs process digitization and governance implementations.

  • Stakeholder Engagement:Inform and involve stakeholders across various teams to ensure buy-in and alignment.

  • Adoption & Behavior:Drive adoption through workshops clear communication coaching training and continuous feedback loops.

  • Evaluation:Monitor change success via KPIs focused on adoption maturity team satisfaction and process effectiveness.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Experience:At least10 yearsof demonstrable experience inChange Management.

  • Data Expertise:Proven track record in leading complex transformations within data-driven environments.

  • Technical Literacy:Solid understanding of data architecture data platforms and modern data technologies.

  • Methodology:Expert knowledge of theADKARchange model.

  • Operational Knowledge:Experience with incident and change management as well as an understanding of typical roles and skill sets within a data organization.

  • Education:Higher degree (Bachelor or Master).

  • Language:Dutchproficiency at CEFR levelC2is mandatory.

Preferred (Should-Have) Skills:

  • Sector Experience:Experience withinAsset Management.

  • Certification:Familiarity withADKAR Prosci.

  • Governance:Demonstrable experience withData Governanceframeworks.

  • Visionary Leadership:The ability to develop a long-term vision for the evolution of data teams capacity and processes.
