This is a remote position.
As DT Technical Lead for LIMS & Laboratory Applications you will contribute to the definition and implementation of DT solutions particularly LIMS systemswithin the Quality Control Labs context.
You will ensure the proposed solution is technically sound compliant and implementable and that LIMS design decisions actually work in the lab & DT landscape.
This includes the following activities: defining specifications assessing and challenging proposed solutions and performing a scientific and innovative environment you will collaborate closely with DT Leadership DT experts and internal and external stakeholders in an international setting. You will planmonitor and communicate key project success indicators ensuring transparency for DT Program Management and keeping DT deliveries under control.
Accountabilities
Collaborate with stakeholders (DT domain leads DT experts and Laboratory Leads) to ensure application design and implementation plans are properly built and delivered on time.
Translate technical plans designs and specifications into clear impactful language for users and management to support strategic decisions.
Review and challenge vendor proposals designs and implementation approaches
Facilitate the GxP compliant deployment of the solution
Oversee incoming and outgoing project documentation from a functional/technical point of view.
Understand the system and the relationships between sub-projects. Ensure coherence between LIMS laboratory instruments SAP/MES reporting and infrastructure components
Participate in the definition and implementation of testing approaches
Requirements
Ideal Candidate
A technically oriented professional with a strong interest in laboratory informatics capable of acting as a technical reference in complex projects. The ideal candidate is an excellent listener structured thinker and clear communicator who enjoys challenging environments and takes ownership of deliverables. Experience in large complex organizations is a plus.
Years of Experience
Senior profile preferred (SA1 level) but strong medior profiles with relevant background and hands-on experience can be considered.
Must Have
Strong experience with LIMS or laboratory informatics solutions
Hands-on technical and functional understanding (not a pure PM profile)
Experience working in a GxP-regulated environment
Ability to understand complex systems and communicate clearly
Strong collaboration skills in international distributed teams
Experience with LabWare LIMS (strong advantage)
Experience with related systems (ELN Empower chromatography systems)
Previous experience in large pharmaceutical or biotech companies
Fluency in English / French language skills - nice to have
Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10 years of experience in global data depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
