Job Summary

MBM India Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Head to lead and manage the entire Human Resources function. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in handling blue-collar workforce within a manufacturing environment with a proven track record of managing large-scale manpower operations (minimum 300 labourers).

This role requires expertise in recruitment statutory compliance and end-to-end HR operations along with the ability to drive employee engagement and maintain a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment onboarding payroll coordination and exit formalities
Handle mass hiring and workforce planning for blue-collar employees
Ensure compliance with all statutory and labour laws (PF ESI Factory Act etc.)
Manage and supervise a workforce of 300 labourers
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals
Drive employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities
Handle grievance management and disciplinary actions effectively
Maintain strong coordination with plant operations and management
Monitor attendance shift planning and manpower utilization
Oversee performance management systems and training initiatives
Ensure smooth functioning of audits and statutory inspections

Key Requirements

15 20 years of experience in HR preferably in the manufacturing industry
Strong experience in handling blue-collar workforce
Must have managed 300 employees/labourers
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Proven leadership and team management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred Skills

Experience in factory/plant HR management
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Exposure to HRMS systems and reporting tools
Ability to handle pressure and manage large teams effectively
