Job Summary
The Co-op Refinery Complex (CRC)ishiring aQuality Assurance Program Manageron apermanentbasisin ourMaintenance and Reliabilityteam.
This position requires on-site work and is based inRegina Saskatchewan.
Step into a key technical leadership role whereyoullsafeguard the mechanical integrity of critical refinery equipment and shape complex integrity programs that keep operations safe and guide QC contractors and represent the site to regulatory authorities.
Whatyoulldo:
- Develop and lead complex Equipment Integrity(EI)andQuality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)programs tailoring them to regulatory requirements CRC workflows and risk matrices while creating the supporting procedures workflows and documentation.
- Guide and mentor crossâfunctional teams providing technicalexpertise influencing strategic decisions and supporting the execution of engineering work major projectsand integrity may include attending audits and process reviews of external vendors and equipment manufacturers.
- Manage program implementation and ongoing performance including training development process improvements technology integration and KPI reporting to measure program health.
- Provide oversite of the Pressure Relief Device (PRD) management program includingmaintainingof Asset Care Strategies (ACS) reporting & management of KPIs and development of work processes.
- Conduct and lead audits of EI andQuality Management System (QMS)programs ensuring regulatory complianceidentifyinggaps making improvement recommendations andmaintainingalignment with governmentâmandated integrity standards.
- Support the external regulatory audit of the EI programs including but not limited to the QMS.
- Act as a technical authority and liaison reviewing inspection and repair plans overseeing contractor performance ensuring compliance with pressure equipment regulations approving temporary repairs and communicating with jurisdictional authorities such as TSASK.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career inâProduction Trades and Maintenanceâand:
- Have8 years of relevant applicable heavy industrial or refining experience.
- Have aBachelors Degree in (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- HaveNational Board (SaskPEI Level 1) or API 510 (SaskPEI Level 2) plus oneadditionalAPI certification.
