- The Program Director is responsible for the planning coordination and delivery of cross-functional high-visibility technology initiatives with significant strategic impact. They contribute directly to the organizations transformation by orchestrating complex programs that integrate components related to architecture infrastructure application development security and systems integration.
- The incumbent ensures the technological and organizational feasibility of the program defines strategic directions action plans and key milestones and coordinates multidisciplinary IT and business teams within a scaled Agile environment. They act as an influential leader with senior management IT governance bodies and external partners.
- Their role involves organizing directing and controlling the human financial and technological resources required to deliver one or more very large-scale IT programs that are strategic in nature and highly innovative. They are responsible for the programs master plan and serve as the central liaison between IT teams business sectors technology vendors and decision-making bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and execute the work involved in setting up a new modern and secure Data Center (CTI) to which client technology services will be migrated. This involves taking into account technological challenges the complexity of the current infrastructure stakeholder interests and alignment with other IT programs and roadmaps.
- Lead this high-visibility technology initiative which has a foundational impact on client core platforms and systems. -Ensure the alignment of technology deliverables with clear objectives IT strategy and architecture security and governance standards.
- Supervise and coordinate multidisciplinary teams and vendors (infrastructure telecommunications architecture development data IT operations) within a matrix environment.
- Provide influential leadership to IT managers architects vendors and business teams to facilitate decision-making and the arbitration of program priorities.
- Oversee change management (scope solutions resources budget schedule) and ensure adherence to IT governance practices methodologies and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain analyses of technology risks (architecture integration security performance technical debt) as well as corresponding mitigation strategies.
- Ensure rigorous and integrated reporting to the program sponsor IT governance committees and decision-making bodies.
- Represent the organization in relationships with technology vendors and partners including the negotiation and management of contractual agreements.
- Manage a major IT program with IT project managers reporting directly to this role. Work Arrangement

- Solid understanding of CTI room modernization and layout as well as associated risks and challenges
- PMP certification required or strongly preferred
- French is mandatory Intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written)
