What Youll Be Doing
Operate excavators safely and efficiently to move earth rock and other materials.
Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Follow safety protocols and report any hazards or incidents.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.
What Are We Looking For
Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment with precision and care.
Strong understanding of safety procedures and commitment to safe practices.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing work conditions.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination drug screen and background check.
Must meet all legal and company requirements for operating heavy equipment.
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment inclement weather heat cold humidity and elevated noise level.
Physical Demands
Must be able to sit stand walk climb bend and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
Requires manual dexterity and visual acuity to operate equipment safely and effectively.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions for extended periods including exposure to outdoor elements.
