Shift Timing: 06:00 AM 02:30 PM (1st Shift: Monday - Friday)

Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support manufacturing operations in a pilot plant and production environment.
This role focuses on producing catalyst carriers through standardized processes while maintaining strict quality safety and documentation standards.
This is a hands-on light industrial role ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude and experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Perform routine manufacturing tasks following standard operating procedures and work instructions
Execute production processes including weighing mixing forming and drying materials
Support pilot plant and full-scale production activities
Maintain accurate written and electronic documentation of manufacturing processes
Submit samples through ERP systems perform basic testing and coordinate shipments to customers
Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S principles (sweep organize clean standardize)
Follow all environmental health and safety (EHS) policies and procedures
Perform basic equipment maintenance (cleaning assembly minor adjustments) under supervision
Operate a forklift and maintain current certification
Communicate effectively with supervisors team members and cross-functional partners
Assist with additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to perform intermediate math (decimals fractions SI units)
Basic computer skills (email spreadsheets word processing; MS Office preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate documentation

Preferred Qualifications
