SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION
Schedule: Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. over time as needed.
Job Summary: Assist with operation inspection of equipment related to the grading (size separation) of rice to ensure that the equipment is functioning properly is well maintained and product is within specification/requirement. Responsible for cleaning using compressed air and sweeping of equipment and structures of the area(s) on a defined frequency.
Job Duties
- Must read speak write and understand the English language.
- Must be willing and able to climb up to 25 feet using ladder.
- Must be willing and able to lift up to 80 lbs. as needed throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to bend stoop push pull twist turn throughout the day.
- Must be willing and able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
- Must be willing and able to be trained to do required maintenance on the grader machines.
- Must be willing and able to be trained to do required paperwork.
- Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
- Must be willing and able to follow all Safety and Food Safety rules.
