Job Summary

Job Title: Molder (2nd Shift)

Location: Worcester MA 01606

Schedule: Monday Friday 1:30 PM 10:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Duration: 3 Months Extensions

Pay Rate: $22.00/hr.

Position Overview

We are seeking 2 Molders to join a manufacturing team producing molded products using a variety of materials and equipment. This role involves working with hydraulic robotic and manual presses to shape and form products to specification.

Key Responsibilities

Operate hydraulic robotic and/or manual molding equipment to form products
Apply molding techniques to compact materials into required shapes
Perform basic density checks on initial molded pieces to ensure quality and tolerance standards
Utilize measuring tools hand tools and power tools (including tamping equipment)
Follow established production procedures and safety guidelines
Support pressing finishing and material handling processes

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of molding materials and product characteristics
Ability to distinguish between mixes pressing techniques and finishing methods
Experience using measuring tools and manufacturing equipment preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specifications
Comfortable working in a production/manufacturing environment

Assignment Details

Hours: 40 per week
Overtime: May be available based on production needs
