Job Summary
About Client:
Indian pharmaceutical company that has multiple manufacturing facilities (for tablets liquid orals APIs etc.) and a strong R&D focus.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations of the Liquid Oral dosage form.
- Ensure production planning execution and batch completion as per schedules.
- Monitor equipment cleaning validation and maintenance in coordination with Engineering.
- Ensure GMP GDP and safety compliance across production activities.
- Lead and train the production team to achieve targets with consistent quality and productivity.
- Coordinate with QA QC Planning and Stores for smooth plant operations.
- Drive process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.
- Ensure documentation as per regulatory and audit requirements (USFDA MHRA WHO-GMP).
- Handle change controls deviations and CAPA implementation.
- Prepare and monitor departmental budgets manpower and resource utilization.
