Position: Seed Production Officer
Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented Production Executive with hands-on experience in the seed industry . The role involves executing seed production programs coordinating closely with farmers and ensuring quality seed production as per company standards. The ideal candidate should have
strong field exposure excellent coordination skills and a passion for working directly with farmers.
Responsibilities
- Execute seed production plans as per company guidelines and timelines
- Coordinate with farmers for seed sowing crop monitoring and harvesting
- Conduct regular field visits to ensure crop health and quality standards
- Provide technical guidance to farmers on best agronomic practices
- Monitor seed production activities and report progress to seniors
- Ensure compliance with quality and certification norms
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to seed production
- Coordinate with internal teams for logistics procurement and operations
