The Business Process Architect is a strategic problem solver essential to our IT departments success focused on driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role will work closely with business counterparts to deliver comprehensive Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis orchestrate Process Design and Engineering and Participate in Solution Design interpreting stakeholders goals into specific deliverables and technical requirements design and process maps. This role will guide the implementation of technology solutions cost-effectively analyzing data flow and anticipating infrastructure needs for business growth.
Key Focus:
- Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Lead the full business analysis lifecycle from initial requirement gathering and documentation to developing traceability matrices and establishing BA team governance.
- Process Engineering & Automation: Analyze design and optimize critical business processes including defining data-mapping specifications integration architectures. Automate the newly designed processes
- Solution Design & Architecture Support: Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture portfolio translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in projects under Enterprise Architecture and AI Solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Identify and documents business functional and user requirements.
- Lead the team in integrating and implementing systems and applications and provides help desk third tier support to customers as needed.
- Interface with customers for requirements clarifications identifies gaps and fills gaps.
- Prepare traceability matrices during the requirements gathering process to include matching of the high-level design requirements with detailed design requirements test plan and test cases.
- Develop training material and provides training to customers.
- Play a critical role in IT Agile Transformation initiative across projects and teams promoting agile methodologies coaching teams on best practices and ensuring consistent adoption of Scrum/Kanban frameworks throughout the IT organization.
- Lead the end-to-end Solution Design process translating complex business needs into clear actionable technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
- Perform detailed Process Engineering mapping as-is and designing to-be processes to maximize operational efficiency and integrate new systems seamlessly.
- Lead Business Process Automation initiatives to automated the current manual process to re-engineered ones using technology
- Analyze design and document API integration requirements and data mapping specifications. Collaborates with technical teams to ensure API architectures align with enterprise standards and business objectives.
- Establishe and maintain BA team governance framework including standardized templates documentation standards requirements gathering methodologies and quality assurance processes. Conducts regular BA team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Partner with program manager quality assurance and developers to ensure product integrity.
- Ensure customer requirements and needs are met through the development of the product.
- Coordinates meetings with customers for reviews clarifications etc.
- Maintain documentation of procedures and processes and process maps developed for projects and application portfolio and revised to ensure business continuity of work.
- Participate in Issues Resolution and Change Management processes.
- Provide timely response to help desk assignments.
- Accountable for managing business response service level agreement.
- Manage internal projects and tasks as assigned.
- Establishe timelines and effectively communicates with team members while taking responsibility and accountability of own workload.
- Provide status reports to Project Manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information technology business technology or other related field required
- 7 years of software related experience
- Technical expertise must include MS Office MS Visio MS Project and familiarity of relational database queries.
- Demonstrable skills in Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to completion is important for all IT Business Analysts.
- Ability to work independently and establish a positive working rapport coach and guide end users and multitask within a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills are crucial for working with all stakeholders.
- Excellent people skills.
- Business Process Architect must have the ability to understand the teams challenges and develop solutions.
- BPA should be familiar with various types of project management and business analysis software. Proficiency in spreadsheets is also important.
- Flexibility approach and adaptability to a growing non-structure environment. Ability to deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels.
