Description

We are searching for a seasoned Sales Manager ready to accelerate our growth and represent a technology portfolio built on engineering excellence.


CrossControl AB develops HMI and vehicle computing solutions for leading OEMs in the industrial vehicle and machinery sectors. Our customers build complex safety-critical systems and we provide the hardware and software platforms that make these machines intelligent connected and future-ready. With Technology Centers in Sweden and Finland and highly automated production capabilities we stand for technical excellence quality and long-term partnerships.


In this role you will be responsible for expanding and developing our business in Germany and other countries in Europe mainly Austria Switzerland and the Netherlands. You will work closely with OEM customers system suppliers and internal specialists from the initial idea to long-term supply programs.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Building new customer relationships and strategically developing existing key accounts
  • Managing complex customer projects across the entire lifecycle
  • Leading and coordinating a cross-functional account team (Engineering Quality Production Planning)
  • Positioning CrossControl as a long-term technology partner not just a supplier
  • Actively contributing to market strategy customer portfolio development and regional growth
Requirements

Job requirements

  • University degree in Business Engineering or a similar field or equivalent professional experience
  • Several years of experience in consultative B2B sales ideally within industrial OEM or high-tech environments
  • Strong technical understanding of electronic systems software and vehicle/machine applications
  • Proven track record in acquiring and developing demanding customer projects
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams
  • Very good German skills and professional proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel within the region (up to 50%)
  • It is an advantage but not a requirement to have insight into Swedish business culture
