Your role
As an experienced finance SAP S/4HANA consultant you will be responsible for optimizing end-to-end cost controlling and performance management processes delivering client value in complex and innovative SAP programs for leading global organizations. This including:
- Lead the design configuration and implementation of SAP S/4HANA controlling modules ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Provide strategic advice and expertise to clients on SAP S/4HANA controlling areas including e.g. cost accounting product costing/variance analysis transfer pricing management reporting and margin analysis.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with other SAP modules (e.g. SD MM PP WM PM) and external systems.
- Manage and mentor junior consultants fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
- Stay current with industry trends the latest developments in SAP S/4HANA controlling and emerging technologies to continuously enhance service delivery.
Your profile
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience and proven track record in implementing SAP controlling solutions in a complex environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business controlling and performance management processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
- Ideally you have experience from being a team-lead for a controlling / performance mgmt. area within a global SAP S/4HANA implementation. You are comfortable facilitating workshops and secure aligning between IT and the business.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Local Nordic language skills are a plus.
