Agile Business Solutions Specialist

We are looking for an Agile Business Solutions Specialist to join the AutoStore Sphere team a small collaborative team working on a new AI-powered partner and customer portal. The goal is to create a platform where partners consultants and customers can access training documentation and manage their journey with AutoStore across pre-sales sales and post-sales.
In this role you will support the day-to-day progress of the project working closely with the Product Owner to prepare for implementation gather user feedback and ensure the solution meets business needs. You will be involved across the process from understanding requirements to supporting delivery and adoption acting as a link between users business and development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders across the organization and the Sphere team to gather requirements and turn them into actionable solutions
Take on a hybrid role across Scrum Master Business Analyst and Change Manager depending on team needs
Support the delivery and implementation of the platform including planning coordination and follow-up
Collect user feedback and ensure it is translated into improvements that meet business needs
Contribute across the full development lifecycle from defining needs to supporting rollout and adoption
Qualifications:
Around 3 years of experience in roles such as project coordination business analysis or change management
A degree in business IT or a related field
Experience working with stakeholders to gather needs align expectations and support delivery
Able to break down complex topics into clear practical steps and communicate them to different audiences
Comfortable working across different responsibilities (e.g. coordination analysis facilitation) in a small fast-moving team
