Job Title: Marketing Intern Lead Generation Department: Marketing Location: Bengaluru (Manipal Centre Dickenson Road) Duration: 36 Months Internship Start Date: At the Earliest Employment Type: Internship / Trainee About the Role We are seeking a proactive and research-driven Marketing Intern (Lead Generation) to support our business development efforts. The intern will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential clients maintaining prospect databases and supporting marketing outreach campaigns. This position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and lead generation within a dynamic agency environment. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential leads through LinkedIn email industry databases and other digital platforms. Build and maintain a prospect list of SMEs startups and D2C/e-commerce businesses. Support outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn (and calls where applicable). Coordinate with the marketing team to qualify leads before passing them to the sales team. Maintain and update CRM records ensuring data accuracy. Prepare weekly reports on lead generation progress and performance. Assist in competitor analysis and campaign tracking. Key Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills (written & verbal). Familiarity with LinkedIn Google Sheets/Excel CRM tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing (SEO ads social media etc.) is a plus. Research-oriented detail-focused and proactive approach to work. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Number of qualified leads generated per week/month. Accuracy and completeness of CRM data. Timely reporting and follow-ups. Qualifications Essential: Management student (Undergraduate or Graduate). Preferred: Background in Marketing or Business Development.
