AsSeniorManagerNuclearInternal Communications reporting to the SeniorDirectorGlobalInternal Communicationsand working closely with the Vice-President of Global Nuclear Communications and Marketingyou will play a key role in elaborating the strategyplanningand delivery ofinternalcommunicationinitiatives forourNuclear Global will work withmany different stakeholderstoidentifythe best communication approaches channels and messagesdesignimpactfulcommunicationsensure an efficient flow of information promoteournuclearcapabilitiesandshowcaseour wide diversity of talents andexpertise.

Your role

• Developstrongrelationships and advise internal clients on communications best practices.
• Work alongsideyourGlobal Communications & Marketingcolleaguesto plan execute and measure integrated internal communications strategies.
• Leadthe creation and deployment of internal communications and employee engagement initiatives on our internal channels includingcontent creations newsletters videos webcastsinternal eventsetc.
• Increase visibility andinternalunderstanding of our globalnuclearcapabilities operations and ambitionsto enhance internal collaboration promotegrowthand enhance business performance.
• Helpconnect ourNuclearsector to our wider business.
• Develop and promote employee storiesandexpertiseprofile.
• Supportinternalcommunication cascade andcontentcustomizationto help connect ourNuclearsector to our wider business.
• Set internal communications standards andensureconsistent andefficient use of practices processesmethodologies and tools.
• Fostercollaboration with otherCommunication& MarketingCenters of Expertise.
• Line manage and develop team members.
• Be a trailblazer by staying up to date on industry trends and best practices.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Communicationsora relatedfield.
• Twelveyears of relevant experience incommunication advisory.
• Analytical skills and ability to understand technical conceptsin order toconvey them in simple terms.
• Exceptional project management andprioritizationskills as well as ability to meet deadlines.
• Team player with proven ability toreconcilea variety ofperspectivesand inputs.
• Ability tothink outside the box try new things and constantly look for better and bolder ways to get information out.
• Familiarity with thenuclear (or energy)sector will be considered an asset.
• La maitrise du français sera considérée comme un plus.
• Proficiencyin French will be considered anasset.
