Description

As an NISenior Regional Account Manager you will be responsible for leading the strategy execution and growth of a highimpact customer portfolio inEastern Canada. You will work closely with customers internal technical teams and partners to identify opportunities solve complex challenges and drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a highly visible role with significant impact across the Americas region. You will lead account planning influence crossfunctional teams and uncover both expansion and netnew opportunities while navigating complex consultative sales cycles with senior stakeholders. You will also actively engage with local NI distribution and system integrators to scale the business.

IN THIS ROLE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Own and execute a regional business plandelivering$8M in annual revenue with a clearly defined yearoveryear growth strategy aligned to business unit expectations.
  • Serve as the primary NI contactfor assigned accounts developing strong seniorlevel customer relationships across engineering operations and leadership teams.
  • Lead crossfunctional account teams collaborating with NI Account Engineers Business Units and partners to deliver differentiated solutions.
  • Drive discovery-led selling identifying customer challenges and mapping NIs capabilities to highvalue missioncritical initiatives.
  • Expand NIs footprint within existing accountsby engaging new stakeholders influencing buying groups and increasing solution penetration.
  • Apply strong problemsolving and project management skillsto navigate complex sales cycles involving both hardware and software solutions.
  • Partner closely with NI Business Unitsto shape solution strategies and provide customer feedback that influences product and roadmap direction.

You are comfortableleading through influence aligning diverse teams around customer outcomes. You build trust quickly and thrive in roles requiringlongterm relationship development and consultative selling. You communicate with credibility at all levels from engineers to senior executives.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 years of progressive experiencein technical sales or marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to manage complex accounts with long sales cycles.
  • Able to work in Montreal Ottawa or the surrounding areas inEastern Canada.
  • Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now and in the future

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:

  • Bachelors degree in any Engineering Discipline
  • Experience sellingTest and Measurement solutionsto enterprise customers in Canada.
  • Demonstrated track record of deliveringyearoveryear revenue growth.
  • Experience leadingcrossfunctional sales teams(sales technical marketing) and engaging senior customer leadership.
  • Familiarity withsemiconductor validation and production environments.
  • Working knowledge of Test and Measurement Instrumentation including NI products such as LabVIEW TestStand PXI and DAQ.
