You willwork with CIBCsCybersecurity ThirdParty& ResilienceProject Management Office (CTPRPMO).Senior IT Project Coordinator PMO Governance & Communications is responsible for PMOGovernance& Communications activities youwill be working within the Project Control team and reportingtotheSenior Manager PMO Governance Lead.You willbe responsible formonitoringkeyproject control procedures andpoliciesensuringthat Project Coordinators execute acrossa wide range of projectsthrough ongoing communicationsand awareness tactics.Youwill act asaquality assurancereviewerworking with Project Coordinatorson a regularcadenceacrossthe CTPRprojectportfolio.

GovernanceSupport:Youwill be joining a collaborativeand supportive team.Youwillensure that project teams adhere toCTPRPMO and Enterprise PMOgovernanceand usestandardized processes best practices and tools.Youwillsupport themaintenance ofacentralizedproject management governance structure and ensure PMO governanceconsistency acrossprojects.You will prepare governance-related status reportsand presentations for senior management business and technology partners and other stakeholders.
Analysis& Communications:Youwill keepup to date on allEnterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)governance communicationsusing this information to providesupportiveguidanceand informationto the overall PMO teamregardingprocessestrainingand reporting requirements.You will be anexpertSharePointand Planview userwith strong oral and written communication skills.
Project Financials You will track and reconcile financials ensuring resolution of anomalies. You will prepare monthly financial variance summaries. You will work closely with the Senior PM to prepare monthly financial forecasts. You will update and reconcile ongoing estimates making recommendations and escalating when necessary working closely with the Senior Project Manager. You have good time management skills.
Support the Senior ManagerPMO Governance Lead:Youwillsupport theCTPRPMOGovernance Leadwith day-to-day administrative functions.Youwillbe a problem solver with a focusonimprovingquality supportingkey performance indicator reporting and dashboardsanddeliveringhigh quality metrics.Youhavegood timemanagement skills.
Who You Are
You can demonstrate 2 years of experience managing all facets of governance within a Portfolio & Project Management Office. You have hands-on experience creating reports for governance and supporting a Project Management Office throughout the lifecycle of projects. You have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and strong written and verbal communication addition you have strong knowledge of project management methodology.
