What Youll Be Involved In
Recruitment & Staffing Support (Primary Focus)
As part of the development plan for this role the Co-op will progressively be involved in:
Overtime the expectation is that the individual will develop the capability to independently manage recruitment coordination processes with appropriate guidance.
HR Systems Administration & Reporting
As knowledge and proficiency increase responsibilities will expand to include:
The goal is for the Co-op to build strong foundational HR operational knowledge and systems proficiency.

What Were Looking For
This role offers an annual base salary of $56500 CAD with compensation determined based on experience qualifications and internal equity.
