We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and expand our client base in the Philippines and international markets contributing to sustainable growth and service excellence..

Work type: Full- time Hybrid

What you will do

Lead Generation & Sales Development:

  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Philippines and other international markets through various channels: online platforms social media networking events professional groups

  • Conduct research on potential clients across different regions assess their needs and generate qualified leads

  • Establish initial contact and build relationships with prospective clients to introduce our service offerings

  • Client Follow-up: Maintain close contact with clients via email phone calls and LinkedIn connections to ensure consistent engagement.

Sales Engagement & Closing:

  • Engage potential clients through personalized outreach presenting tailored solutions based on their specific business needs.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and presentations ensuring that they are aligned with client requirements.

  • Participate in negotiations on terms and contracts guiding the deal toward successful closure.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Maintain close communication with clients

  • Provide exceptional client service post-sale fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services.

  • Collaborate with Managers and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and client satisfaction.

Sales Reporting & Coordination:

  • Track and update client interactions sales progress and follow-up actions in sales management tools (Google Sheets ClickUp).

  • Prepare sales materials reports and documents to support client meetings and negotiations.

  • Participate in client meetings and coordinate between the client and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth processes.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales lead generation and building client relationships preferably within the human resources business solutions or professional services industry.

  • Highly proactive driven and eager to succeed in sales.

  • Proficiency in English

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) proactive and customer-focused mindset

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

  • Prior experience with a competing company is an advantage.

Required Skills:
