DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive all incoming deliveries ensure proper documentation and perform put-away of materials and goods into designated storage locations.
- Handle the issuance of materials to production and other requestors and perform picking and packing of finished goods for shipment to internal and external customers.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts as scheduled to ensure and maintain inventory accuracy and integrity.
- Execute good warehousing practices related to the quality and security of materials including adherence to handling ESD temperature/humidity control expiration monitoring and FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Implement and maintain 5S/6S and safety standards within all warehouse activities and work areas.
- Report operational concerns promptly to relevant stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Assist the Lead Supervisor and/or Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in monitoring inventory levels and establishing accurate minimum and maximum quantities for consumable materials.
- Support the department in meeting annual performance targets and KPI objectives.
- Participate in warehouse improvement activities.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree preferred or completion of college-level education in a related field.
Skills
- Familiarity with electronics and/or semiconductor business operations and products.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Can communicate effectively in writing and verbally in English language. Has the ability to identify and understand personal values of superiors subordinates peers and others.
- Good customer orientation. Has the ability to demonstrate genuine concern for satisfying internal and external customers.
- Knowledgeable in ISO Standard.
- Forward and conceptual thinker proactive and takes prompt action to accomplish objectives.
- Open to change can adapt quickly.
- Proficiency to use MS application for the generation of company reports.
- Knowledgeable of company and government requirements policies rules and regulations governing the receiving and shipping of goods and other services for the company.
- Able to work under fast-paced environment and can perform overtime (OT) when required.
Working Conditions
