What Youll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism empathy and accuracy
• Deliver personalized solutions to meet customer needs including repayment support where required
• Document customer interactions and escalate complex cases as needed
• Partner with internal teams to ensure effective resolutions and continuous improvement
• Meet performance and quality targets while maintaining exceptional service standards

What Were Looking For:

• Excellent written English communication skills
• Graduated SHS or equivalent
• Experience in BPO is a plus
• Strong attention to detail with problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple requests while staying efficient and organized
• Prior experience in email or chat support is a plus
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and systems
• A people-first mindset with genuine empathy for customers
