We are seeking experienced professionals to lead digital transformation initiatives and global IT strategy execution for clients in the manufacturing automotive energy and life sciences industries. This role involves engaging with executive stakeholders designing and driving end-to-end transformation programs and managing consulting teams to deliver impactful results.
Position: Manager to Program Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies leveraging digital technologies
- Design and manage global IT organizations and infrastructure implementation projects
- Lead consulting teams and foster talent development
- Propose and implement advanced initiatives such as smart factories IoT/IoS and post-merger integration (PMI)
- Build long-term client relationships and expand strategic accounts

Qualification
Requirements MUST
We are seeking candidates with strong experience asIT business consultants particularly those who can lead transformation initiatives at the managerial level.
For candidates with consulting firm or SIer experience:
- Proven experience in business process improvement and IT system implementation consulting at a consulting firm or SIer
- Experience working with clients in the manufacturing automotive utilities and life science sector
For candidates without consulting experience:
- Business experience in the manufacturing automotive utilities or life sciences industries (especially in areas such as manufacturing processes supply chain management or production control)
- Experience in global business environments
Language:
- Native-level Japanese (Speaking Writing Reading)
- Business level English
Preferred Qualifications WANT
- Experience in SAP (ERP) implementation projects including business process improvement (especially in MM PP or SD modules)
- Strong English communication skills (to collaborate effectively in a global consulting environment)
- Experience in the utilities industry (especially electric power) is a plus
