Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Day-to-day tasks will include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls to the service department
- Respond quickly to internet phone and text message inquires
- Schedule customers through inbound phone calls appointments booked online or other sources
- Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Work as a helping hand to service advisors to provide customers with updates pricing GM information etc.
- Utilize GM programs and dealership CRM programs to communicate with new or existing customers
- Enter data into programs such as Excel on a daily basis to track all communication or appointments completed with customers
Qualifications
- At least one previous role based in customer service experience preferably at a dealership
- Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
- Positive and hardworking personality
- Comfortable being on the phone and handling different types of customer service situations
- Strong computer program and phone conversation skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Valid drivers license
