Responsibilities
Answer incoming customer calls to the service department
Respond quickly to internet phone and text message inquires
Schedule customers through inbound phone calls appointments booked online or other sources
Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
- Work as a helping hand to service advisors to provide customers with updates pricing GM information etc.
Utilize GM programs and dealership CRM programs to communicate with new or existing customers
- Enter data into programs such as Excel on a daily basis to track all communication or appointments completed with customers
Qualifications
At least one previous role based in customer service experience preferably at a dealership
Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
Positive and hardworking personality
- Comfortable being on the phone and handling different types of customer service situations
Strong computer program and phone conversation skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Valid drivers license
