Essential Functions

  • Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation

  • Maintain current andaccuratedata within the companys marketing database

  • Responsible for generating rental leaseand used vehicle sales leads

  • Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle PMand cleanliness standards

  • Meettheoverall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives

  • Maintain compliance withthecompany local state federaland other regulatory agencies

  • Reconcile all customer concerns issuesand disputes tomaintainthe ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base


Additional Responsibilities

  • On a voluntary basisas well as based on scheduling the Rental Management Trainee willbe requiredto perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules asdeterminedbytheSupervisor.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degreerequiredinbusiness administration orasimilar related degree

  • One (1) year or moreofcustomer service with issue resolution experience preferred

  • Must be computer literate intermediaterequired
