About the role
Mater Private Hospital Mackay is currently seeking a Pastoral Care Practitioner to join our team on a casual basis supporting all leave coverage.
The Pastoral Care Practitioner will contribute to the provision of high-quality pastoral care for patients and their families. The Pastoral Care Practitioner supports the Mission Integration Manager and Pastoral Care Manager visiting clergy and staff to ensure that the spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families are met.
Salary range: Pay will be commensurate to qualifications plus Casual Loading plus superannuation andaccess to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15900access to many staff benefits!
