Job Summary

Location: The Grange Primary School Church Gardens Ealing Greater London W5 4HN

Contract: Permanent 52 week contract

Hours: 35 hours a week

Operational Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 9:00am & 11.30am - 1.30pm & 3.00pm- 6.00pm - Extra Hours paid during half term and promoting club

Pay: up to 14 per hour

Ideal Candidate:

Management & Team leading experience
Real passion for working with children
3 years experience of Management
Quick learner problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Be the face of JAG and point of communication between the School and JAG
Promoting the club and increasing the bookings

Responsibilities:

Manage direct and support staff in their delivery of a safe and effective programme
Ensure effective communication between your venue your team parents the school or host leisure centre and Central Operations
Provide inclusive fun and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore their interests
Plan supervise and deliver planned activities with structure and enthusiasm
Implement protocols and policies with team members
Create unexpected experiences which make people go WOW!
Bring unique talents and skills to the role

This role requires compliance with the Keeping Children Safe in Education policy and is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974. You must provide two references one from your most recent employer and the other from a childcare setting (if applicable). We will conduct a DBS check on your behalf so please prepare the correct documentation. You must meet these requirements to be eligible for the hiring process.
