ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs yield management and yield improvement activities related to manufacturing with engineering approaches to effectively respond to each work request in term of productivity quality yield and cost.
- Establishes appropriate performance report.
- Performs manufacturing yield and process monitoring improvement problem solving.
- Supervises Sr. Technicians Technicians in responsibility to accomplish job in most effective way.
- Performs related work as assigned.
Qualifications :
REQUIRED:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluent English communication
- Computer literacy / Basic coding
- AI capability in Innovation concept/coding/tools/application
