Junior Project Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team specializing in railway systems. As a Project Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the planning coordination and execution of the Project Bangkoks MRT Orange Line. Egis will provide consultancy and advisory services related to Railway Systems and will assist the Project Manager and the Project Team in delivering the Project successfully both on coordination aspects and Clients requirements.

1. Project Support: Provide assistance to the management and core team in coordination and harmonization between various disciplines for the Project including stakeholder management.
2. Project Control Monitoring and Reporting: Coordinate gather and compile schedules and progresses for the periodic reports presentations and deliverables for the Project while ensuring its format and contents are up to date.
3. Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project documentation including engineering drawings specifications reports letters and proposals.
4. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate and coordinate within internal team and also other multidisciplinary teams including client engineers technicians and public authorities to ensure good flow of communication is maintained and bridging is facilitated.
5. Quality Management: Ensure that appropriate quality assurance and control is achieved within the project deliverables and any activities when they are conducted while minimizing errors and potential remarks/complaints.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and safety protocols in all project activities.
7. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
8. Client Liaison: Support management to maintain regular communication and key interface with clients stakeholders and regulatory authorities to address project requirements and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
9. Training and Development: Continuously update technical knowledge and skills through training programs and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering
• Masters degree is a plus.
• Good project management and organizational skills.
• Efficient time management
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure with good working attitude
• Multilingual and ability to work in an international context Good level of English and Thai (speaking & writing)
• Taking the initiative
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Quick learner to be autonomous and proactive attitude anticipating issued and preparing in advance
• A keen eye and attention to detail with good analytical skill with ability to summarise key and salient points
