Sr. Engineer, Continuous Improvement

JOB DESCRIPTION

Main Responsibilities: (หนาทความรบผดชอบ)

• Generate all Best Business Practice (BBP) reports of total Thailand Operation performance
• to support Monthly Performance all Quarter Forecasts and Profit Plan.
• Prepare all appropriate reports to support every month Ops Pack.
• Establishes C.I. Profit Plan and subsequent Forecast goals; Drives team to achieve.
• Identify new CI project opportunities and present them to the CI Champion and relevant leadership.
• Using standard tracking and reporting systems will prepare detailed plans drive project performance and assure timely completion and achievement of product / process quality and savings goals.
• Follow up systematically on project progress to remove roadblocks ensure timely completion and sustain implemented improvement
• Drive and support best practice sharing and implementation across business units within Thailand operations.
• Track validate and report cost savings productivity improvements and efficiency gains from CI initiatives.
• Support Operations and Finance teams in achieving annual savings revenue and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure OLK revenue and Profit Plan assumptions reflect realistic operational performance and CI-driven improvements.
• Provide CI insights to strengthen forecasting accuracy and profitability planning.
• Drive and implement AMS principle Lean thinking culture and Continuous Improvement mindset
• Perform duties that have been assigned by CI Country Manager. And Deputy GM Operation
• Support regional or global CI initiatives as required.

• Communicating to keep update the safety finding often about safety injury prevention the objective and target achievement.
• Support & assisting in Safety activity and initiative: AMS Safety plan tour
• Lesson learnt implementation HSE training Suggestion near miss report safety week wear proper PPE.
• Risk Assessments on activities within their department ensuring that the methods and systems of work are safe. Also the necessary procedures rules and regulations designed to achieve this are formulated published and applied.

Qualifications (Education Skills and Experiences)

• Bachelors or masters degree in industrial engineering Production Engineering Engineer Management or any related field.
• 5 years experience in Manufacturing field with strong continuous improvement mindset
• Has some experience in Lean Manufacturing system
• Skill computer and Data Analysis
• Skill Industrial Engineer.
