About the Role
As an AI Enablement Specialist you will support the organisations understanding of AI and its strategic value through clear accessible communication. Working within the Innovation and AI Adoption team you will translate complex AI concepts into practical content that helps teams confidently engage with new tools and ways of working. The role partners closely with leaders and enterprise teams to deliver consistent high-quality enablement across channels
What Youll Do
- Develop clear consistent AI enablement communications that align to organisational strategy and CTO and AI priorities
- Prepare employee-facing content including key messages briefing packs newsletters intranet updates and leadership materials
- Translate technical and strategic AI information into simple practical content that supports business adoption
- Produce enablement assets such as explainers FAQs infographics and toolkits to build organisational AI literacy
- Manage and maintain AI-related content across internal channels including Teams intranet newsletters and webinars
- Partner with stakeholders across innovation technology communications and the business to ensure alignment with group standards and governance
What Youll Bring
- Experience in internal or corporate communications with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics into engaging accessible messages
- Proven capability in communication planning structured message development and multi-channel delivery
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone clarity and consistency across audiences
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in technology transformation or innovation environments
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work independently while delivering high-quality outcomes
- Interest in emerging technology and organisational change with a curious and collaborative mindset
