We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Specialist Information Systems to lead the design integration and optimization of enterprise IT systems across our automotive operations. This role is essential in supporting digital transformation ensuring seamless system interoperability and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in enterprise applications systems integration and data governance with a strong understanding of the automotive industrys unique operational and technological landscape.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years of experience in enterprise IT systems and system integration preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) MES platforms and cloud technologies.
Proven experience in designing and implementing system integrations using APIs middleware and ETL tools.
Excellent problem-solving communication and project management skills.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Experience with automotive-specific systems and standards (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434 TISAX).
Certifications such as ITIL SAP Certified Specialist ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or PMP.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and data privacy regulations (GDPR CCPA).
Experience with integration platforms and tools (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Azure Integration Services).

RESPONSIBILITIES
Enterprise Systems Management:
Administer and support core enterprise systems including ERP (e.g. SAP) MES PLM and CRM platforms.
Ensure system reliability performance and scalability across manufacturing engineering and business functions.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
System Integration & Architecture:
Lead end-to-end system integration initiatives across cloud on-premises and hybrid environments.
Design and implement APIs middleware and data pipelines to enable seamless communication between applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration aligns with business processes and data flow requirements.
Evaluate and implement integration platforms (e.g. MuleSoft Dell Boomi Azure Logic Apps) to support scalable and secure connectivity.
Digital Transformation & Innovation:
Support digital initiatives such as smart manufacturing connected vehicle platforms and cloud migration.
Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve system interoperability.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
