We are currently searching for a Workplace Engineering Track Specialist :
Responsibilities:
- Manage Active Directory Domain Administration providing critical support for in-flight Domain Controller (DC) migrations.
- Execute Tier 3 troubleshooting and advanced configuration of Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
- Oversee Active Directory Identity and Group Management ensuring security and compliance.
- Manage the Identity Lifecycle using specialized tools such as SailPoint IdentityNow and Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
- Provide on-call support for high-severity infrastructure issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Domain Controller migrations.
- Expert-level knowledge of GPO management and Tier 3 technical support.
- Deep understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management processes.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or Microsoft Identity Management (MIM).
- Availability to work Eastern Time (EST) hours (ranges: 7am-4pm 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm).
- Commitment to on-call availability for high-priority incidents.
Desired:
- Certifications in Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator or SailPoint.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
