ABOUTTHETEAM
The Real Estate Portfolio Strategy team works directly with the front office to define plan and coordinate the execution of the Real Estate teams investment strategy. This includes benchmarking our performance setting deployment targets and providing research models and tools to evaluate investments markets and sectors.
As anIntern Real Estate Portfolio Strategyyoull:
Construct portfolio and performance analysis tools
Conduct research on markets sectors and trendsimpactingthe real estate industry
Update andmaintainportfolio data and reports
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports
WHAT YOULL NEED
Currently enrolled in aUniversityor College degree in MIS Finance or STEM field
High levelofproficiencyin Excel Knowledge of databases and statistics
Someone who enjoys learning new things and a true curiosity for the world around them
A proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
Proven ability to work in a team setting and to easily adapt to change
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communications skills in English and French (or willingness to learn)(regular interactions in English with investment partners based outside of Quebec Example: peers bankers brokerage firms etc. and PSP employees in our offices in Hong Kong London and New York and interactions in French with employees in our local offices in Montreal and Ottawa.)
Must return to studies after the internship or the internshipor the internship must be part of your curriculum
