Job Summary
- Overall responsibility for the efficient & effective operations
- Maximize revenue potential maintain cost control measures to achieve hotel objectives& budget
- Provide operational & strategic direction to hotel team& support managers in their individual roles
- Implement the product & marketing strategies as per the Brand guidelines
- Promote the hotel through development & implementation of aggressive sales public relations marketing and distribution strategies
- Represent Accor in all matters relating to the hotel
Qualifications :
- Minimum 5 years operational management experience
- A strong understanding of Hotel Operations
- Sales & Distribution and Revenue Management
- Excellent negotiation financial analytical skills
- Able to perform well under stress strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to lead motivate and animate a team
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English is required.
