Job Summary:
The role of the Business Office Coordinator at RM Management is to ensure that administrative objectives are met to support the billing and clerical duties of the community. This is achieved through completing the full-cycle of resident billing and the communitys accounts payable process.
This role will be onsite split between two communities inSt. Paul MN andMaplewood MN
Essential Functions:
- Run residents monthly statements review with Executive Director and send. Ability to speak with residents and families with questions regarding statements.
- Oversees Long-term Care Billing process through the completion of applicable paperwork and sending copies of invoices to insurance providers.
- Submits bank deposits and post to Eldermark makes copy of pertinent information and completes applicable accounting documentation.
- Tracks resident payments and communicates to appropriate parties when payments are past due.
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with residents/families along with the surrounding community social service and county agencies
- Work with Executive Director and Regional MA Specialist to monitor and ensure completion of MA renewals GRH and waiver status of residents
- Participate in account aging process and meetings
- Oversee and have assistance from Executive Director to sign up residents with a rep payee.
- Maintains/protects resident and associate confidentiality. Recognizes/respects residents rights.
- Maintains accurate daily occupancy including tenant units and number of residents in and out of the Community. Audit move ins/move outs for accuracy. Follow close out procedures after move out if residents have credit balance or amount owed still.
- Reconcile and complete month end close in Eldermark.
- Other duties as assigned
Certifications Licenses Registrations and Other Requirements:
- High School diploma required
- At least 2 years of relevant senior living experience preferred
- Eldermark experience strongly preferred
- MA/EW and GRH Renewal experience preferred
